Legal Basis for Processing

We process data under the following grounds recognized by GDPR:

• Legitimate interest – analytics and site performance for visitors
• Consent – advertisers submit data voluntarily when creating a listing
• Contractual necessity – advertiser data is processed to fulfill the listing service

Each type of data has a clear reason behind its collection. Nothing is gathered just in case.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

GDPR gives you control over your personal information. You have the right to access everything we hold on you. You can request corrections to inaccurate data. You can ask for complete erasure – your profile, contacts, photos, all of it gone. You can restrict how we process your data or object to processing entirely. You can also request your information in a portable format to transfer elsewhere.

We handle every request within 30 days as required by regulation.

Consent to Data Processing

Visitors consent through continued use of the site. Stay, browse, interact – that signals agreement with how we handle data as described on this page.

Advertisers give explicit consent when they submit a listing. Sending us your profile means you agree to have that data stored on our servers and displayed publicly in the directory. You choose what to include. You decide what the public sees.

Withdrawal of Consent

You can pull your consent at any time.

Advertisers – request profile removal through our contact page. We delete everything within 48 hours. Photos, contact info, descriptions – none of it stays on our servers after deletion.

Visitors – disable cookies through your browser settings. Stop using the site. That’s enough.

Withdrawing consent doesn’t undo processing that already happened before the request. But from that point forward, nothing new gets collected or used.

Data Transfers

Our servers aren’t in the EU. When your info goes across borders, we make sure it’s protected the way GDPR says it should be.

We don’t sell data to anyone. We don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Analytics tools receive anonymized data only – nothing that identifies a specific person.

Data Retention and Deletion

Visitor analytics data is retained for 12 months, then purged automatically.

Advertiser data stays active for as long as the listing is live. Once a profile is removed – whether by request or by our decision – associated data gets deleted within 48 hours. We don’t keep archives of removed listings.

If we haven’t heard from an advertiser in 6 months and the profile shows no activity, we reach out. No response within 14 days – the listing and its data get removed.
